Shionna offers free shipping on all orders within Israel, with no minimum purchase.

Delivery Times

• Within Israel: 7-15 business days from order confirmation
• Business days: Sunday-Thursday (excluding Friday, Saturday, and holidays)

Order Tracking

After order confirmation, you will receive an email with shipping details and a tracking number. You can track your order at any time via the tracking link.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within Israel. International shipping is not available.

Shipping Restrictions

• We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
• Please ensure that the address is complete and accurate when placing your order.
