We reserve the right to change prices and/or product specifications at any time without prior notice. Prices are displayed in New Israeli Shekels (₪) and include VAT in accordance with the law.

3. Orders and Payment

Upon receipt of an order, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided. We reserve the right to cancel an order if incorrect details were provided or in case of suspected fraud.

Shionna is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from purchases made on the website. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific transaction.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are subject to the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute will be heard in the competent courts in Israel. The parties shall act in good faith to resolve disputes before resorting to legal proceedings.
